Culpeper’s 2023 Child Abuse Prevention Event was a success (despite the rain and tornado warning) thanks to the team effort of Culpeper Human Services (Child Protective Services, Head Start and Kid Central), Culpeper Sheriff’s Department, Culpeper Police Department, Families First-Healthy Families Culpeper, Culpeper Library, and local merchants who donated some great raffle items. Oh, and of course, McGruff!
